We stand behind our products. We attempt to inspect every item before it is packaged. In the event that you receive defective merchandise, and the merchandise has not been used, please email us within 7 days of receiving the items AT SALES@MJRPOST.COM and let us know the problem. If we cannot replace the item, We will refund the purchase price of the item - A $5 RESTOCK FEE once the item has been returned to us. We send all of our shipments via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. Most shipments are received within a week of payment. IF There is a delay in shipping you will be contacted. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that get lost or damaged in the mail.
